First of all if you like the player buy the items and don't buy them looking for a huge increase in your investment. Outside of the MN area he was not a hugely popular player when compared to others from his era.
IMO if there is room for negotiation I'd buy both items since they both seem rare in terms of availability , but not causing a huge investment on your part. Good luck in your decision!
