It's vintage and legit.
But don't spend too much money on it (unless you really love it). They are not extremely tough to find, and tend to sell for $250 or less, even in NRMT condition. It's one of those things that should sell for more... but the demand for it must be rather low. You'd think Reds fans would be all over it. In that rough condition, I'd try to keep the price below $100. Hope this helps!
