As a generic term when the player or celebrity is not available (or interested) in signing something himself. Said player has a stamp made up and designates someone to use it when requests come in. Just assume that’s what it there for.
Of course, same stamp can be used in office home or wherever. Don’t know how Ted used this. Just trying to find out how common it is. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
