You could get a gun locker (safe) and place the storage boxes of cards in the gun locker. It may not be a safe deposit box but at least there's some security.
Problem with safe deposit boxes is that you can get separation anxiety.... could you imagine only being able to visit your T206 Honus Wagner during bank hours? Also, I'm pretty sure that banks don't offer insurance on the contents of a safe deposit box.
