Again, I don't believe in penalizing a player based on where they play. The Rangers park had the highest run ratio last year and Cincinnati's park had the highest home run ratio for park factors. To " level " the field, MLB should have a humidor for those parks too. On the opposite end, the Mets, the A's, the Marlins, the Mariners, and the Dodgers should ask for juiced balls at home games.
