Yes could be the consignor thingy again...... no doubt.
I don't know Greg but have no doubt he is a super guy. And yes, I agree with his grading, I never had an issue with a card I have received. I just feel like I am bidding against the house. May just be me. And of course! you people would be nuts not to send them your cards to sell, as some have stated here, they seem to get excellent prices for common stuff that can be purchased elsewhere for less.
