Thanks guys. Val, I don’t know if a red back exists (I hope not bc it will be real hard to get). DJ would know.... DJ, you know of a Wags throwing (or batting) with a red back?

None that I know of...thankfully! Only red backed HOFers I can confirm are Crawford (2 copies) and Evers (1 copy).

Nice Wagner, who got the e106 from Bagger's? Here's a hofer from someone who makes fun of grading. I still like high grade cards...

Sean, yes, I needed the back. And I just picked this one up too (it goes with the other two and I think I am tapped out on sepia PCs)

Nice Ryan. That's the highest graded Wagner IIRC. Was looking at the cobb/wagner card as well, gonna do the set?

Default Gus Weyhing

So excited to pick up this Gus Weyhing autograph. It's now on CooperstownExpert.com.

Sorry it's not a card like the rest of the posts, but there are so few people who care about the 19th century guys. By the way, here's a page that features that autograph. Hope you take a peak.

Great pickup, Jim!

I've been a fan of Gus Weyhing ever since reading about him in David Nemec's books and then connecting/collaborating with Gus' nephew Ed to get the Library of Congress to change their mislabeled picture of him (they had it labeled for Gus' brother John) in their database.

Ed would have really enjoyed seeing how reverentially you treated it, too!

Default Lou Criger W600 Sporting Life Cabinet

I was able to grab one of the W600 Sporting Life Cabinets at the Saco River Auction. Picked up the Lou Criger W600, which is the earliest Red Sox item in my Collection.

Down to Cobb as my remaining HOFer (minus Wagner and Plank) to have a representative T206. Happy to pick these up with eBay coupons... the Collins is strangely hard to find at a decent price. Was it short printed?
