yes, there are a few factors regarding the value of a Mantle signature, IMO...as the one time lowly Mantle Collector.
The first is the substrate of the autograph. Ball, Photo, card, glove, bat. Then the type of card, the type of photo & pose, type of bat, type of ball. I would usual pay double for a nice vintage signature on a ball let's say. Now to the CUT. The cut is the most ridiculous thing, IMHO as there is ZERO redeeming quality in my eyes. 90% of all cuts are fake in the first place and I personally just think they are stupid. That vintage cut is a very, very ugly one at that in that pathetic looking holder. I'd be a player at $80.00, and the seller probably wants 2-300? I'd PASS and keep looking. Good luck
