Funny you ask. I just got back my bulk submission that had 10 or so 1952 Topps cards in it. One that PSA deemed slightly oversized would not fit in the standard holder, so they put it in a tallboy holder. Going to look odd next to the rest of my graded partial set.
But that's my current experience with them. Of course, they could mark it factory miscut and then only grade as Authentic or return it to you ungraded. Since it's already graded BVG 6.5, I would attempt to cross it with a min grade of like 5 or 5.5. Then it either gets a PSA numerical grade or stays in the BVG holder.
