For me the variations can be a fun addition in collecting. For the most
part I don't collect them but you can always pull out a box and see what you can find. This morning I grabbed a random box and a few cards in I found this 88 Topps Randy St. Claire variation. The letters extend down into his cap (bottom right card). I haven't checked to see if it's a listed or even a recurring variation. img554.jpg img555.jpg
