I actually have mine in soft sleeves, then in top loaders, then in binder pages, then in a binder. Protection times 4.
I bought specially made black leather binders from a fellow net54er a few years ago who only had a few left. They were made with offset rings, that held pages that were only 2 cards wide and 3 cards high so the extra weight on the pages wouldn't be an issue The pages were also specially made so they held top loaders in nice and tight. They are a thing of beauty and wish I could get more. I have my 1951 Bowman Set in three binders. I also have my 1952-1969 Topps Yankees run in 5 more. And lastly my 1957 Topps set in 3 binders. I like to look at them page by page and also was worried about corners getting damaged, cards warping etc. |
