Not sure where to start but here are some photos of the smaller pennants I have. I know some of these are from Bazooka back in the 50s. Some don’t say Bazooka so not sure on those.

The pennants upper right are american nut and chocolate c 1950
The five inch pennants on the left e.g. Kansas city were put out by several different companies, Hormel, etc. between the early 50s and early 60s

BF3s are 4 and a quarter to 4 and a half inches in length If they are 5 inches or longer they are not BF3s.
