Here is my stab at trying to help you to identify this piece...
In 1922, the New York Giants held their Spring Training in San Antonio, TX. Coincidentally, the Chicago White Sox trained in Seguin (just outside of San Antonio) that year. They could have possibly taken the same train on the way back up north and stopped in Blue Mound, TX (just north of Fort Worth) to play an exhibition game. Perhaps the flask could be a commemorative of that game? (Blue Mound Chamber of Commerce) Can you make out what the hallmark says that is stamped on the back side of the flask? It might help to pin down where it's from. Hope this helps!
