It has been a few years since I have sent TTM requests, but my success rate was around 60%, which seemed to be the hobby norm. I always sent a letter asking if it was okay to send the item (Sports Illustrated covers). Some players charge but most did not. Players are starting to catch on since this site popped up about a year or so ago. I have not used the site but I am thinking about it for a few players.
