Will they get caught up? Probably. Give it another month or two.
What are the other specials? Usually a couple of months a year, they do a $5.50/card special for 50 or more either from before 1956 or 1956 and after. I hope those aren't gone for good, as a lot of set builders use them for subbing commons/obscure cards that aren't valuable. Usually they also have a special once a year where you can convert a blue flip card (only autograph authenticated) to a red flip card (card also authenticated/graded) for a cheaper price. I just sent in about 35x 1952 Topps cards to get a blue flip and will transfer them to red flip on a good special so they can be used in the registry set.
