We do have Cobbs account of working with L.S. in designing, and we have honus wagner holding one as well. (Ruth later on as well) just to name a significant few. Being that Nap had a LS contract, i wouldnt be surprised if he at least got a handful to try. (we see this with the Oil Tempered Block Letter models from Crawford and SPeaker as well)
