I actually used CD's covers on my fire/ice tailgate bar. Works perfect.
Place the 2 Cd's, one on each end (on the bumper) and place the bar on top of the Cd's. Gently press the (adhesion stickers) to the spot under the tailgate. Done. Then wire it up/plug it in the harness. I heard vinyl is coming back!!!!
