This is not the first time I have found a site like this. There is one out there(forget what it is) but basically they take anything on EBay, triple the price and offer it on their site.
The prices are absolutely outrageous. I contacted one of the EBay people just to try and get a scoop. They said they know, however, the site was their biggest purchaser, so they were not saying anything. Go figure. FacePalm.
