I would echo the sentiment that you try to focus on a particular era and/or item(s) e.g. pins, pennants, bobbers, etc. If you are getting into a new era, do your homework and don't overpay. That said, the "good" stuff is drying up so get it while you can.

Are you sure you aren't a New York Yankees fan? Holy SF Giants stuff! Now that is what I would consider a memorabilia room! I certainly don't think my wife would let me do that.
