Signatures look totally legit. Several questions though.
How many signatures are on this Koho 221? Which players stick is this? The name would be stamped on the top part of the stick shaft. I see a smudged signature, not really that important unless it's a key Islander. The number of signatures is important. Verifying the era of course is vital. The Koho 221 was used widely throughout the NHL in the late 70's early to mid eighties. So that's a plus. Can the stick owners stamp be seen and posted? Plus the number of sigs on it?
