The question was asked and upon google searching, highbees has been accused of having trimmed cards with a laser "across the street" in a few places. He supposedly has recorded some of the first 9.5 cards and they have measured quite short but BGS didn't care and slabbed many of them. I included one of the many quotes below.
Example: 1985 86 Star 166 Patrick Ewing BGS 9 5 Rookie Quad 9 5's with 10 Centering | eBay Anyone familiar with these Ewing XRCs knows that when you flip the card over, the top and right edge will have blue "bleeding" -- isn't it strange that the right back edge is pristine white?
