Picked up my first T205 the other day. What a beautiful set, and they look magnificent in hand. I'm on a pretty tight baseball card budget, so unfortunately it'll only be poor condition cards for me. This one was an impulse buy: the auction was about to close, and I couldn't pass up a Mordecai Brown. I got it for twenty bucks (including shipping), which would be phenomenal for even a poor condition T206 HOFer. Are the T205s that much less popular, or is $20 an ordinary price for a low-grade HOFer?

Default T205 set

I put together a 209-card (including Hoblitzell-No Stats) set 20 years ago. A few years later I sold it, but I kept the 12 - Minor Leaguers.

Here's a raw set I've been working on for the past couple of years. I think I'm down to six or seven, but I've really lost focus these past few months. Need the biggies, hoping to finish in 2017. Loving this thread, guys, let's keep it going!

Default T205 sub-sets

Nowadays, I enjoy the challenge of putting together sub-sets of T205's. For example my A-B-C-D pattern......

More precisely, this John Lobert A-B-C-D connection (still searching for the DRUM). There are exactly 32 subjects printed with this A-B-C-D pattern.

. .

.. . ..

Or, looking for GREEN bordered T205's......

Or, misprints (mis-cuts)......

.
