This has been discussed at length on this board. Many on net54 will say SGC has higher standards and then many others will say thats PSA , many will say PSA sells for more but they love SGC holders. Then some will say older cards sell just as well in SGC as PSA etc etc..
i just make it easy, if you love the card buy the card not the holder. For resale, though i usually bid on a SGC card as i would be bidding on PSA but a grade lower. So for a SGC 7 i am bidding a PSA 6ish price you will find that many cards sell in between..like a psa 6.5 for sgc 7 cards. The true classic cards like the 52T on great examples of the card, you dont see much of a difference especially on lower grades Last edited by 1952boyntoncollector; 11-14-2016 at 07:40 PM. |
