well, and I'm playing devil's advocate here, does anyone know for sure how many escaped the factory? I mean the pop lists say like 9 or 10 right? Well, there could easily be another 9 or 10 out in old collections held by people who are either no longer collecting or don't follow the T206 stuff that closely.

I only say this because the player himself. If it was Cobb or Wagner people might look closer at their stuff. But Doyle, Demmitt, Magee (Magie) I tend to think that the likelihood of their being more hidden away rises just due to the fact that many people who stopped collecting years and years ago may not know about their having that much value .

Here's a question:

If you stumbled across a Magie, or Doyle error at say a yard sale or estate sale , would you get it graded and keep it? Or would you have it graded and then put it up with an AH and use the $$$ to pay off your house?! lol

seeing as I dont care so much for t206...especially silly little 1 lettter/word variations...that card would be consigned so fast it'd make my head spin!!!!!
