Great thread, and a rare one that I can participate in.
The first card pictured is the first Johnson portrait I owned. I later sold it, and upgraded with the second card pictured.    I will probably upgrade it one more time; a PSA 5 should have all the characteristics I'm looking for: cleaner borders, sharper corners, and a cleaner surface. I'm just so looking forward to collecting again. End of September cannot get here fast enough!
