Not exactly....
June 16, 2015, PSA appeared in NYC at a Manhattan hotel. I had a few items that I wanted to submit, including three 1992 Eclipse, True Crime cards. They accepted my entire submission. As a matter of fact, all 4 or 5 representatives gathered to look at the cards. Having never seen them before, they were intrigued. One even took out a cell phone looking up information, and read a few News articles to her colleagues. I told one representative I'd give him an extra I had next time we meet. A few weeks later my order was returned, minus three encapsulated. ![]()
