I would say both fall into the PSA 6 spectrum, just a guess, but the one on the right is a "better" 6 .....

Like Peter pointed out, centering is a big deal nowadays regarding price.

When the cards are similar is when I raise an eyebrow. When the cards are vastly different, like as in the case of the two PSA 6's Mantles, then you have to look at the condition of the cards. Not all 6's are created equal, and it is painfully obvious looking at those two examples.
