That looks like my panorex, Pete.

Uniform yellowing and off-centered uppers with a variety of root canals, fillings and crowns below with two extractions thrown out.

I read the title of this thread and was going to suggest Kaopectate or Pepto-Bismol, but I see it's a different kind of runs.
