Yes those are the decals I've been referring to. And that's the first wrapper that I've seen for them. Would still like to know fore sure what the backing was for those decals. My hunch tells me that it was also the yellow-background quiz cards.
I do have some of the iron-on cards that were used for backing that issue which you've also shown in the picture. It does appear that those decals are relatively scarce compared to patches, and I also don't see the iron-ons much either. Thanks for posting! Last edited by OlderTheBetter; 04-24-2016 at 04:31 PM.
