Theoretically, yes, you can pinpoint when a card was graded by the cert number, and to some extent to style of the flip.

That makes a lot of sense now seeing that the card I posted above is graded a 4.

Imo, and based on what I have seen since joining, that card, if it was sent in raw nowadays, would be lucky to get a 1.5 or 2?
