PSA Cert
Your certificate # matches the card/player & condition. The frosting isn't bad on the corners. On most altered cards I have seen, the frosting on the cases is more noticeable.
My guess is the card looks to be in the condition indicated (barring the top right corner as viewed from the front) and you are fine/card is legit.
