1971 Orioles Team Card
I was speaking to a friend today about this card and we noticed that there is one player missing. Any one else notice who is missing and any idea of why? (The picture is not mine - taken from Google.)

Exactly. Now, why? Brooks R was the MVP of the 1970 World Series. My friend suggested the he was asked to take the picture.

I've always been aware he was missing from the 1972 high number team shot, but I didn't realize until now that Topps used the same photograph from 1971…
