After some investigation on the software host side, there are one of three reasons why someone would not be receiving emails and updates.
1) Not on mailing list - These are users who opted to not get added to your mailing list when they registered.
Easily fixed by by logging into your account, going to My Account page and clicking on "Edit User Information." Then check the "join our mailing list" box. There appear to be quite a few people who have not checked this option.
2) Bounced - eblasts/emails are blocked as spam.
Fixed by adding
info@brockelmanauctions.com to trusted sender list.
3) Do Not Contact - these users have unsubscribed from mailing list.
This is the most complicated. This means that at one point the user unsubscribed to the mailing lists. You can do one of two things to get back on the emails list. If you have any of the old email blasts you can re-add himself by clicking the "manage your subscription" tab at the bottom.
If there is no longer an email on file then one can email this address and ask to be removed from the do not contact list for Brockelman Auctions:
deliverability@icontact.com. Make sure to specify that he would like to receive emails from Brockelman Auctions, Folder ID 18118 of Account #566236.
