SGC holders, in my experience, almost always arrive badly scratched. PSA, rarely, and very easy to polish out with Novus 2. I have almost never reholdered a PSA card but have reholdered a high percentage of SGC cards purchased on the market cause I hate the scratches, little chips under the surface that reflect, etc.
