Rare variation and looks To be MINT. Do not sell it for that amount (yet...)
There's a fellow on the board (Rob / "oo-ri-bay") who is a Pennant guy AND a Giants guy. He will know if it's rare, the vintage and the approx. value). I'm a long-time Pennant collector, and have not seen this one. But I'm guessing that Rob has. Hopefully he can chime in for you shortly, as he usually maintains an excellent presence here.
