Can't say yea or nay on Ultra Pro, but we use BCW pages for our '50s binders and those fit just fine.
We do recommend keeping at least the two cards on each page's top row in pennysleeves inside the page pockets, though, as they tend to sometimes wiggle upward just a bit and expose the cards' top edges.
