You can say whatever you want but Ebay and the buyer ALWAYS win.
Rule #1 Say anything in your ad. Rule #2 Be honest and always ship said item promptly. Rule #3 Ebay always wins. Rule #4 Buyer always wins. Rule #5 When in doubt, always refer back to Rule #3 and 4. Seriously. My friend has been through the same thing you have and he had to refund $1500 on a graded card because the buyer was not happy with it. No other explanation was needed and my friend had clearly stated in his ad "No refunds or returns allowed on graded items". It does not matter with Ebay/Paypal. Sorry man.
