Depends on the year. Rarer than base/paper cards, but more common than any colored or xfractor card. Usually you can figure out the print run by comparing the odd on the wrapper.
If the odds say something like: Refractor 1:2 packs Gold Refractor (/50) 1:200 packs There would have been 100x more refractors than golds, so 5,000.
