Ted Williams for me. Ever since I started collecting in the mid 80's I wanted the 59 Fleer Ted Williams set. But for some reason I never got it even though I had several chances over the years. For the last 2 years I looked at every set listed on eBay and never pulled the trigger.
I am happy to say that after 30 years I did pick up the set a couple months ago from a Net54 member(Paul S). I got a amazing set at an even more amazing price and have looked through and read the backs so many times I think I could tell you the story on the back of every card. ![]() |
