It does appear to be some sort of premium or whatever. What you want to do is have someone look at it to determine that it is indeed vintage. From the first images it does look period, but you'd want someone to look at it.
There are quite a few rare and mysterious antique premiums and supplements, and new ones pop up from time to time. Last edited by drcy; 01-04-2018 at 12:42 PM.
