1. USPS Registered Mail
2. Cube Cardboard box wrapped with brown tamperproof tape 3. Submission to PSA. (Submission form) 4. Insurance $1500 5. Labeled covered with tape 6. Package never arrived last signed for in St.Louis contained 10 T206's and 5 E254 Colgan Chips. Insurance was paid with no problems. 7. Cards were graded and were lost while being returned to me. PSA gave me a voucher for 15 free grades. |
