Situations like this are extremely difficult. I'm sure Rich's condition is raising the sensitivity level, but let's not pretend that this, like any other chat site, is not rife with misinterpretations, bad phrasing, and occasionally, bad manners. Looks as if Sean1125 messed up and apologized. Hopefully, everyone takes a deep breath and a step back before continuing to post.
On to the MOST IMPORTANT issue: good luck Rich. I haven't been a member very long and I don't comment much on the boards, but keep fighting. Never concede.
