That would almost certainly mean that #121 could be found with the Superman back as well. #121/#122 may very well be rarer examples. Unfortunately, as Bob mentions, not a lot of attention is given to this back variation.
The one example I have, I bought with no mention at all of the back variation. Definitely relevant news though.
