as to the stock - never seemed there would a reason to fake them (over other type cards - they're not popular or weren't)) but it's been 15 years since I owned a couple/three - and as for your fear of replication easy to do so in cyberspace - not so easy in person as old stock like that not likely to be found and with all the paper you've handled would be an easy call. Of course impossible to make something foolproof as fools are so inventive.
