Modern piece. All of them with metal eyelets are modern. They seem to always be beaten up and stained, which suggests deception is often involved.
I can tell you that the eyelet ones have a dot print matrix throughout the entire front, while originals would probably have areas of solid ink, such as at the bottom lettering areas. I've never seen a real one and it's possible there is no dot matrix anywhere in an original. Last edited by drcy; 11-12-2014 at 07:17 PM.
