Incredible!
What I find truly amazing is that Rucker lived until 1970 so he had a very long life in which to possibly sign some of these. The fact that it went for almost $5000, shows how few of these exist (this is the first Rucker I have ever seen).
You would think there would be more examples due to his longevity but it just shows you the rarity of these little nuggets. It is mind boggling to think that I was alive for a few years anyway at the end of Rucker's life. I think I'm getting old!  peace, mike
