As a Pirates fan, I can't tell you the number of times I wished Bowa got a certain part of his anatomy kicked. Bruce Kison summarized it best when he said that Bowa would be around for the start of things, but not the end.

Maybe he is actually selling Bowa and the card is just a representation of what you'll get. Although personally I think the 2005 Topps would be a little closer to reality...

I was actually going to offer him a penny for the heck of it but then noticed if he accepted, he would charge me $1.26 total and STILL make money after he threw it in an envelope with 1 stamp on it!
No offer from me!

PS Bowa hit .105 during his last year in 1985. Granted only 22 ABs but ouch!

I actually tried a penny, but it would not accept anything lower than 99 cents, and I did not want to be stuck with that big a tax write-off.
