Well, $500 was a great deal! I guess that would soften the blow a bit. I am guessing that even with the grade it would go for over $3k now, eye appeal has a lot to do with the price it would fetch. Sounds like you will be holding on to it though, good choice there. Have to apologize to Mr. Cady for helping Pratt hijack his thread!
