Well, the seller's in NC and only about an hour away, though I don't know him and never saw any of this junk at the local shows. Maybe the list price is in Confederate dollars???

That value is the "graded value". You must not know much about graded values so you learn from him that graded values are always more than book value. He learned this from a PSA ad.
