I hadn't realized until you mentioned it. I was able to find a couple past instances of this same clown pulling the same crap. The fact is, 90% of his listings are of this nature. Preying on ignorance is about the only why I can sum it up. I contacted him through ebay....

I don't know... but after reading his explanation (see below) I'm thinking about sending him all my cards for grading. Look what it does to the value!

Graded cards are so much more valuable than just a plain card coming from a pack. My pic shows examples. 1970 Pete Rose in Beckett values at $60, but graded it jumped to $5,676. All of my cards are labeled with graded values not book values.
